Navy Flameproof Vintage Straight Key

I love my Navy Flameproof! I restored it because my grandfather used one in World War II when he flew seaplanes in the navy. Now I have a vintage key which enjoys a peaceful new life in the amateur radio service. It has the part number CMI-26003A, meaning that the Moulded Insulator CMI Company of Philadelphia manufactured it. It uses enclosed contacts, making it suitable for explosive environments.
